1. Sleep well, think well
•Loss of sleep hurts attention, working memory, mood, logical reasoning, and motor skills.
•One night’s loss of sleep results in about a 30% loss of thinking skills.
•A 30 minute nap each day would help all of us do better at work, home and school!
Passionate about teaching and learning,

Miss Jamieson's Third Grade Class Karshner Students Honor VeteransTwo Karshner sixth grade students, Sara Anderson and Trey Vanderkinter, recently presented their Veterans Day posters at the school board meeting. The posters were honoring relatives who had served in the military. They did a wonderful job representing Karshner and honoring veterans. Here are pictures of Sara and Trey with Mrs. Schneider, Karshner Principal, and Dr. Tony Apostle, Puyallup School District Superintendent.
