Thanks for coming to our website. We want to serve you to the best of our abilities, so if you can not find what you want, please let us know. We believe we have built a great school for children and their individual growth, and we hope you feel the same. While we will still communicate through newsletters and bulletin boards, we plan to go “electronic” as much as possible though this website, our district’s website, Home Access Center, our PTA newsletter and website, and our teachers' SWIFT accounts. I always like to hear from our families and community members, so if you have ideas on how we can make this site and our school better, don’t hesitate to contact me.

George Washington (G.W.) Edgerton Elementary is the 22nd elementary school in the Puyallup School District. It serves the families who live in the southeast corner of the district. For the most part, families live in what is known as the “Sunrise” area and most of our students will feed into Glacier View Junior High. Our school was built for a population of 750 students, and we ended last year with over 700 students. Yes, we are a "big" school, but we work hard to make every experience personal and purposeful. We serve students in pre-school through sixth grade. We are proud of the collaborative and respectful environment we have built, and we want you to be a part of that.
